Week 3: HORRENDOUS

Hey Guys!!Well, this week was a bust! I totally slacked off and it's killing me inside!!! I can't believe i let myself slack off! The only "good" thing was that i didn't gain the weight back and measurements wise i didn't "expand" as well! So this week, here are the things i did. Monday I went out to study at Starbucks and it wasn't that bad cause i only drank Earl grey tea. Tuesday I hung out with my friends and totally binged on Tuesday after my exam (which i'm pretty confident that i'll pass) the funny thing was that i was the first person to walk out of the hall, i was basically done with my test in like 10mins but i had to wait for another 20mins before we could leave. Well, sitting in front has it's perks because the teachers were in front of me and the moment the clock struck 9, i raised up my hand to leave. Coming back to binging, we ate at IKEA, their spaghetti & meatballs were to die for, but on top of that i had a butterscotch cake thingy as well as an extra chicken wing. I literally had 0 control on myself!! After that, we went to the mall and for dinner i had Long John Silver! Argh! Wednesday Well, i basically rotted at home but i didn't work out!!! Arghhhh Thursday I went out to meet my friend i think but it was in the evening and again, i was too damn lazy to work out!!! Friday I guess Friday was the worst! I went out with my friend again and had a heavy dinner and then met up with another friend to shop as well as have some drinks! Saturday & Sunday Again i was rotting at home, falling in and out of sleep, I've no idea why and spending time with my dad. Kept binging as well and it was bitter sweet, because i really enjoyed it while at the back of my mind i'm hating myself cause i know i should be working out and like dieting! Well, this week is my last push!! and i'm definitely going to push myself even though my schedule is packed!! But NO MORE EXCUSES!! Wish me luck okay!! Talk to you guys next week!!! Goodnight! |
